Jim Ledford has been practicing injury law in the State of Louisiana for over 15 years now. He is thoroughly familiar with all aspects of injury law relating to automobile accidents. He has well developed skills in proving liability in difficult cases and in presenting the claimant’s legal position in its strongest possible posture.
Jim has learned to speak to the big insurance companies in language they can clearly understand. He has years of experience in reading and interpreting insurance policies and in finding coverage where others have failed. He has learned that quite often it is necessary to translate the language of the treating physician, investigating officer and depositions into a language that the insurance adjuster and/or defense team can clearly understand. Quite often it is necessary to present a claim with well documented injury codes and insurance billing codes in order to have the claim fairly evaluated to obtain top dollar amounts.
Jim is a graduate of Louisiana State University (1971) with a Bachelor of Arts Degree from the College of Arts and Sciences. He is also a 1991 graduate of Southern University Law School. Jim maintains a private law practice concentrating in injury law. |
